Your data and deletion
OnceSwipe collects no data and has no account. We hold nothing about you on any server, so there is nothing for us to delete. Everything the app keeps is on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes all of it.
What we hold about you
Nothing about you or your photos. OnceSwipe has no analytics, advertising, crash reporting or sign-in; its only network request is a check for app updates, which carries technical details only (see the Privacy Policy). Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and we do not receive your payment details.
What the app keeps on your phone
- Your choices: what you kept or marked to delete
- File sizes and the visual fingerprints used to spot duplicates
- Your history of cleans, badges and settings
This lives in the app’s private storage on your device. It is not sent to us or anyone else.
How to delete it
Uninstall OnceSwipe. Your phone removes the app’s private storage with it.
- iPhone: touch and hold the OnceSwipe icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App.
- Android: open Settings › Apps › OnceSwipe and tap Uninstall, or hold the icon and choose Uninstall.
Uninstalling OnceSwipe does not delete any photos or videos. Your library stays exactly as it is.
Photos you deleted with OnceSwipe
Photos and videos you deleted were removed from your phone’s own library, not from any OnceSwipe server. On iPhone you can recover them from Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted for 30 days. On Android 11 and later they stay in the system bin for about 30 days (Settings › Bin in OnceSwipe); on Android 10 and earlier deletion is permanent. Check your Google Photos Bin if you back up there.
Requests and questions
You do not need to ask us to delete anything, because we have nothing. If you have a question, email tech@pivotandanchor.com.
